Fraudsters send fake fraud text alerts from a 10-digit phone number, then call and ask for personal information. 

We'll never contact you for your full card or account numbers, PIN, security codes, login credentials, or ask you to deposit/transfer money as fraud protection. The Credit Union ONLY texts you from a 5-digit short code, not a 10-digit phone number.
