If we cash or accept for deposit a cashier’s check and later learn the item is fraudulent, counterfeit, or invalid for some other reason, we may charge your account for the amount of the item. 6No-fee coin machines are available to Members of Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union. Non-Members are charged a 10.00% fee. Coins must be clean and free of debris. Coin machines are maintained for accuracy; however, the Credit Union cannot guarantee coin machines will be error-free and may occasionally be out-of-service. The Credit Union does not assume liability for loss or destruction of coins. Available at branch lobby locations only.

8Requests for domestic wires received after 2:30 PM EST will not be processed until the following business day. Please allow a minimum of 24-48 hours for a domestic wire to be received. The undersigned originator requests payment to be made to the beneficiary or account number named above. You may identify the payee of any financial institution by name and account number or ABA routing number. The Credit Union may rely on the account or other identifying number as the proper identification, even if it identifies a different party or institution. To the extent not prohibited by law, the undersigned agrees this wire transfer is irrevocable and the sole obligation of Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is to exercise ordinary care in processing this wire transfer and it is not responsible for any losses or delays which occur as a result of any other party’s involvement in processing the wire. You authorize the Credit Union to transfer funds as described plus applicable charges.
