We'll never contact you for your full card or account numbers, PIN, security codes, login credentials, or ask you to deposit/transfer money as fraud protection. The Credit Union ONLY texts you from a 5-digit short code, not a 10-digit phone number. If you're unsure, do not respond and call us at (865) 544-5400.
