We Have BIG Changes Coming!

Our staff is working on exciting upgrades to our digital banking platform and core systems to improve our Member experience! While these changes are underway, we have a temporary freeze on most positions starting December 2024 as we prepare training programs for the new core system.

As we get closer to completing our core system and digital banking platform upgrades, we'll post new open positions! Thank you for your patience and understanding while we grow and improve.

Member Services Representatives (MSRs) are the "face" of the Credit Union, and they help Members with their day-to-day financial needs. MSRs perform standard financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account maintenance, etc.) and go above and beyond to help Members grow financially. They are there for Members when they have questions and need to discuss financial options. MSRs also suggest the best services for Members to help them on their unique financial journeys.

Call Center Member Services Representatives are the true "multi-tasking problem solvers" of the Credit Union. Our Call Center MSRs work directly with Members who call on the phone. MSRs get asked about anything and everything in the Credit Union world, so they learn a lot about every department. They are there when Members need them most with the answers to point them in the right direction. They recommend services to help Members reach their financial goals. Call Center MSRs are there for Members when they might be going through a difficult time, so patience and an understanding attitude are essential.

Debit and Credit cards have become an essential aspect of our lives, and we need awesome Card Support Specialists to make sure cards work how they’re supposed to. Card Support Specialists help both Members and other Credit Union employees with all things Debit and Credit Card. Specialists help Members with their Debit or Credit card transactions, and they are active listeners and sensitive to the Members' situations. Specialists are there for our Members during uncertain times, and they can help the Member feel safe and heard. This position also involves researching and reviewing card transactions, so attention to detail is key.

When a Member decides it’s time for that new car, boat, or RV they’ve been dreaming of, they come to the Credit Union to fund the loan, and that’s why our Loan Processors are here! Loan Processors review applications and organize the loan documents for the Members. Loan Processors also respond to loan questions through chat and Online Banking messages and manage Skip-A-Payments.

Sometimes life gets unpredictable, and Members need help managing loans they’ve fallen behind on. That’s where our remarkable Collections Representatives come in! Collections Representatives help Members who’ve fallen behind by helping them organize payment plans, fielding questions about their loans, and handling repossessions. This position is perfect for those with a caring, patient attitude with a passion for helping Members.
