Fraudsters may text you about fake card activity, then call and pretend to be the KTVAECU Fraud Department. They claim your digital banking will be locked, and try to add a phone or contact to your account to fix it. We will never ask for your code or add devices to your account. Hang up and call us at (865) 544-5400.
