| Description:
To assist the Mortgage Lending department in their duties and responsibilities and provide receptionist services as needed. Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area which may include a combination of the following tasks:
Mail loan applications the day they are received. Answer telephone promptly and greet members courteously prior to transferring them to the appropriate person. Monitor supplies and keep branches furnished with applications and ensure each loan officer has mortgage applications. Contact insurance agents and members if we have not received an updated copy of homeowners insurance for the files. Index mortgage documents in True Image.Call members when they have paid off their HELOC to see if they want to leave it open or if they want it terminated. Send releases within 3 weeks of payoff and complete payoff requests within 24 hours of authorization. File insurance policies and reinstatements daily. Do the daily report at the end of the day. Follows all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations. Presents self in a professional manner (appearance, behavior and performance). EOE and drug free workplace.
